Saw Cutting
We have the capability to saw cut the any steel bar or shape:
Wide-flange beams - up to 40" depth
Pipe and structural tubing - up to 20" diameter (round)
All bar shapes

Bar grating and metal decking - up to 40" wide. Mitre cutting available for most angle configurations
High-volume production cutting available to your specifications

Shearing / Forming
Processing sheet and plate is one of our specialties. We can form up to ½" plate twelve feet long to your drawings. We also specialize in light gauge forming for stair treads.

Plate Burning
We have oxy-fuel and plasma cutting capabilities and the ability to cut up to 10 foot wide by sixty foot long plate up to 6" thick. We can accept e-mailed drawings for programmed shapes.

Blasting and Painting
We offer shot-blasting services in our wheel-a-brator. We can handle up to 96" wide plates and any structural shapes, as well as items sent in after fabrication. We also will primer material to your specification.

Beam Punching
We have the capability to punch Wide-Flange Beams, Angles, Channels, and UM Plates on our CNC-controlled Beam Line. As of 6/15/02 the machine will be dismantled in order to move it to another location in the plant.

Ironworkers
We have several high tonnage ironworkers to cut and punch bar products and plates to your specifications.

Miscellaneous Services
Structural Rolling - we can roll angles, flats, and pipe to your specifications (ask your salesman for details regarding size capabilities
Drilling - plate drilling to your specifications.

Cambering - we can camber up to 36" beams and straighten most T-shapes.
